Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
The information available is constantly evolving, but we wanted you to know that we are taking steps to ensure that if we are directly affected, Phoenix is prepared to assist your community.
We have directed our janitorial / maintenance staff and related vendors to use the most effective sanitation products available for common areas such as bathrooms, meeting areas, pool furniture, playground facilities, etc.
Our offices are prepared in the event we need to shut down to provide all the necessary financial services for your community. We can pay invoices, make deposits, produce financials, etc. Managers and administrative staff will work remotely if necessary.
As senior members of the population appear to be most vulnerable at the present time, Boards with communities made up of this demographic should consider whether it is necessary to hold group gatherings, while this situation persists.
We will continue to encourage anyone with symptoms to refrain from coming to common areas until they are well.
We don’t want to over react, but we feel this could become a serious situation in our area.
